Payment

Depending on the country of delivery, the available payment methods may be limited. You will be shown the available options for your order during the purchase process. 

 

Detailed payment methods 

Apple Pay  

Fast, secure and convenient: With Apple Pay, shopping at the online shop takes no time at all. The smart payment option is available for users of Apple devices and marked by maximum convenience and data privacy. 

At checkout, simply select Apple Pay as your payment method. You then confirm your purchase with Face ID, Touch ID or your device PIN. You no longer have to fill in lengthy forms or enter sensitive data. Apple Pay uses advanced security technologies to protect your payment information. You always retain complete control and see exactly what you pay. 

 

Google Pay  

Google Pay is a widely used digital wallet where you can securely store your preferred credit and debit cards. The service is available to you throughout the world. You save your payment cards and individual preferences in the Google Pay Wallet app. The actual payment method depends on the cards you have stored in the app. 

To make a payment, you can authenticate yourself conveniently and securely via fingerprint or facial recognition. Google Pay thus meets the requirements of Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) in accordance with Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2). 

To pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with Google, have activated Google Pay, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. Payment is made immediately after you have completed your order. 

 

Purchase on account (Riverty) 

If you select Riverty as your purchase on account provider, Riverty Group GmbH handles the entire payment process for you. 

After your purchase Riverty will send you an electronic payment request via email. If you choose the option “Buy now pay later”, you will receive the merchandise in advance and have 14 days to pay the invoice. You can either transfer the amount due or conveniently pay via direct debit by the due date. Riverty also offers you the option to arrange for payment holidays to give you additional flexibility. 

Setting up a Riverty account is not required for this. As soon as your order has been shipped, Riverty will send you an email with the relevant bank details and a reference number for your order. 

By transferring the amount to the specified account within the payment period, you have fulfilled your payment obligations without having to disclose your account details at any time. 

 

Klarna  

The displayed payment methods are selected directly by Klarna. They are based on the buyer’s authorisation, the product category and the value of the shopping cart. For this reason only the payment methods available for the purchase are displayed. MAC has no influence on this. More information on purchases on account is available directly from Klarna. 

Sometimes Klarna asks for additional data to verify a customer’s identity. Your PIN and the TAN are not visible to MAC or third parties. Nor will the data be stored. 

Once you have selected this payment method, you will receive an email from Klarna with the payment terms. This type of payment can also be processed via the Klarna app. The merchandise will be sent immediately after the purchase. 

 

PayPal 

Payment via PayPal is accepted for all orders. 

PayPal is a free online payment service for easy, secure and quick payment. Payment via PayPal is particularly secure, as your bank or credit card details are only stored at PayPal. To pay at the MAC online shop, you only need your email address and the password of your PayPal account. Your order can be processed as soon as payment is confirmed by PayPal. Therefore you will usually receive the goods faster.

Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) 

Credit card payment is accepted for all orders. 

The MAC Online Shop accepts credit and debit cards from Mastercard, Visa and American Express. 

To protect your highly sensitive data we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology for encryption. Please note that on average, processing orders takes one additional day as credit card details must be verified. 

 

iDeal  

iDEAL is only accepted for orders from the Netherlands. 

iDEAL is one of the most popular payment methods in the Netherlands. To choose this option you must use online banking. 

Select iDEAL as the payment method and your bank. You will then be redirected to the online banking area of your bank. Please enter your bank details and confirm the transaction. You will receive confirmation of your payment and are then redirected to your shopping cart at mac-jeans.com. 

Your PIN and the TAN are not visible to MAC or third parties. Nor will the data be stored.
