How can I place an order?
When all desired products are in the shopping cart, you can proceed to “Checkout”. You can then log in to your customer account or register as a new user.
The order process consists of six steps:
- Delivery address
- Shipment
- Payment
- Billing address
- Discount/voucher
- Check your order
In the next step you can check all data you just entered.
By clicking on “Buy now” you accept our General Terms and Conditions. We will then send you an order confirmation by email.
My desired item is sold out, what shall I do?
Occasionally an item may be sold out. If an item is not available, you can ask to be informed as soon as it is in stock again:
1. Call up the desired item
2. Click on "Notify me" for the desired size
3. Enter email address
4. “Activate notification”
As soon as the item will be available again within 30 days, you will receive an email.
How do I redeem a voucher?
To redeem a voucher, you first add an item to the shopping cart. You can enter the voucher code in the last step of the order process.
What conditions apply to discount vouchers?
Vouchers for the MAC online shop can be redeemed directly in the shopping cart and during the order process. Outlet vouchers are excluded. Discount vouchers and gift vouchers may be combined in an order.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and cannot be redeemed for repair services. Refunds for redeemed vouchers are excluded.
The voucher value is deducted as a euro amount or percentage discount and can be limited with respect to time, quantity or product.
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen einem Geschenk- und einem Rabattgutschein?
Ein Geschenkgutschein ist ein gekaufter Wertgutschein, der verschenkt oder selbst
eingelöst werden kann. Ein Rabattgutschein hingegen wird im Rahmen von Aktionen ausgegeben und senkt den Rechnungsbetrag beim Einkauf.
Can I change or cancel my order later on?
Please understand that changing an order later on is unfortunately not possible for technical reasons. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you have a customer account, you can check the status of your order at any time in your MAC account. In addition, after the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the order via DHL or the Austrian Post Office.
Is there a minimum order value?
The MAC online shop does not have a general minimum order value. The specified terms and conditions apply to the voucher codes.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You will be shown the available options for your order during the purchase process. Please note that changing the payment method you selected is no longer possible once you have completed your order.

Is VAT included in the final price?
All prices in the MAC online shop include the applicable VAT.
Shipping & delivery
What are the shipping costs?
All shipping-cost-related information is available here.
Are express shipments available?
Yes, we currently offer DHL Express shipping within Germany.
Unfortunately, this option is currently not available for all other delivery countries.
Express orders that are placed with our online shop no later than 12 noon Monday through Thursday leave our warehouse on the same day. If the day of the order is a holiday in Baden-Württemberg, shipment is made on the following working day.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to:

Can I specify a different shipping address?
Yes, you can specify a different shipping address as long as it is in the same country.
How can I track my shipment?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation of shipment including a tracking number with which you can track the current status online. If you have a customer account with us, you can check your order there at any time as well. Please note that the tracking number is activated only once the parcel has been registered by the shipping service provider. If the link does not work right away, please try again later.

Return & exchange
How do returns work?
Germany & Austria:
The parcel includes a return slip. Please fill it out, return it to the parcel along with the merchandise and stick the return label on it. Returns are free of charge for you. We only accept merchandise that has not been worn and still has the original label. Items that show signs of use or have been washed cannot be credited. If you do not want us to return the item at your expense, it will be discarded after 21 days. Please make sure all return documents are complete.
Netherlands:
The parcel includes a return slip with a QR code, which allows you to generate the return label. Please fill out the return slip and proceed as described above. Returns are free of charge.
Other countries:
Fill out the return slip and return together with the merchandise. Return costs are borne by you. The same terms and conditions apply as specified above (original label, no signs of use).

Customer account
What are the advantages of having a customer account?
If you set up a customer account, you will benefit from the following advantages:
- Stored address data simplify the order process.
- Several shipping and billing addresses can be conveniently stored, which makes ordering easier.
- You can save your favourite products in a wish list so you can find them quickly later on. You can also share them with your loved ones.
- Stored payment methods speed up the checkout process.
- You can always keep track of the current status of your orders.
- You always have access to your orders to date.
Where do I find my password?
With MAC you do not need a password to log into your customer account.
Here is how registration works:
You simply enter our email address in the registration area. We will then send you a personal login code by email.
In the next step you enter this code – that’s it, you’re already in your customer account!
How can I erase my personal data?
If you want to erase your personal data, please contact our customer service. We will deal with the matter as quickly as possible. It goes without saying that you can set up a new customer
account at any time you wish.
Newsletter
Where can I register for the newsletter?
You can register for the email newsletter here.
Are there discounts for newsletter subscribers?
Yes, you receive a €10 discount on your first order if you register for the newsletter. We will send you this voucher after you have registered and can redeem it during the order process.
If you register in our WhatsApp community, you will also receive a €10 discount as a welcome gift.
