Shipping information  

We currently ship your orders to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Greece and Portugal.  

The responsible use of resources is important to us. By charging shipping costs we want to contribute towards more conscious ordering behaviour and make shipping and packaging material more sustainable together with you. Return shipments from Germany, Austria and the Netherlands remain free of charge. 

As soon as your package leaves our logistics centre, you automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Shipping  

Germany:  

Standard shipping charge to Germany is €3.95. Deliveries are made by DHL. The delivery time is approx. 2–4 working days. 

You also have the option to order express shipping for €14.95. More information on express shipping is provided in our FAQs.  

Austria:  

Standard shipping charge to Austria is €4.95. Shipping is handled by the Austrian Post Office and is climate-neutral. The delivery time is approx. 2–4 working days. 

Netherlands:  

Standard shipping charge to the Netherlands is €4.95. Deliveries are made by DHL. The delivery time is approx. 2–4 working days. 

Finland, Ireland, Italy:  

Standard shipping charge to these countries is €14.95. Deliveries are made by DHL.  
The delivery time is approx. 3–4 working days. 

Greece and Portugal:  

Standard shipping charge to these countries is €29.95. Deliveries are made by DHL.  
The delivery time is approx. 4–8 days.
