Shipping
We currently deliver to customers in:
Germany
We offer free standard shipping to all our customers in Germany. Deliveries are made by DHL and are climate neutral.
If the products are immediately available, the order will be sent on the same or next working day via DHL standard delivery. The shipping time is approximately 2-4 working days.
You will receive your order the next working day (Monday to Friday) if you select the express option, insofar as the order was placed on a working day (incl. Saturday) by 11:30. We charge € 12,00 for this delivery method.
Austria
Standard shipments to Austria are free of charge. Deliveries are made by the Austrian Post Office and are climate neutral.
To ensure shipping on the same working day, the order must be submitted by 11:30 a.m. at the latest. The delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days.
An express shipping cannot be offered.
Netherlands
Standard shipments to the Netherlands are free of charge. Deliveries are made by DHL.
To ensure shipping on the same working day, the order must be submitted by 11:30 a.m. at the latest. The delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days.
An express shipping cannot be offered.
Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy and Portugal
Standard shipments to Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy and Portugal are €14.95 each. Deliveries are made by DHL.
To ensure dispatch the same working day, the order must be received by 11:30 am at the latest. Delivery time depends on the country:
- Finland: 3–5 workdays
- Greece: 6–8 workdays
- Ireland: 3–5 workdays
- Italy: 2–4 workdays
- Portugal: 4–6 workdays
Express shipping is currently not possible.
