When an Idea Becomes a Pair of Jeans

With jeans, many factors come into play: cut, material, craftsmanship, design, and, last but not least, the fit. Only when these elements are harmonized does a product emerge that wears exactly as intended.

The journey to that point consists of numerous individual steps. Ideas are developed, patterns are refined, materials are selected, prototypes are created, and fits are repeatedly tested.

Our workshop at our headquarters plays a key role in this process. Here, designs and samples can be directly produced, evaluated, and refined. The collaboration between design, product development, and the workshop enables quick communication and close coordination throughout the development process.

After all, sometimes just a few millimeters make all the difference in how a pair of jeans fits.
