Shipping
We currently deliver to customers in:
Germany
Standard shipping to Germany costs €3.95. The shipment is handled by DHL.
Additionally, there is the option to order for €12.00 via express shipping.
Express shipping is available for all orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 p.m. Delivery will be made the next day by 12:00 p.m. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. with the express shipping option will be delivered the day after next. Orders placed on Friday before 12:00 p.m. will be delivered on Monday, and after 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Express orders cannot be delivered on Saturdays. Orders placed on Saturdays and/or Sundays will also be delivered on Tuesdays. Public holidays are excluded.
Austria
Standard shipments to Austria costs 4,95€. Deliveries are made by the Austrian Post Office and are climate neutral.
To ensure shipping on the same working day, the order must be submitted by 11:30 a.m. at the latest. The delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days.
An express shipping cannot be offered.
Netherlands
Standard shipments to the Netherlands costs 4,95€. Deliveries are made by DHL.
To ensure shipping on the same working day, the order must be submitted by 11:30 a.m. at the latest. The delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days.
An express shipping cannot be offered.
Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy and Portugal
Standard shipments to Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy and Portugal are €14.95 each. Deliveries are made by DHL.
To ensure dispatch the same working day, the order must be received by 11:30 am at the latest. Delivery time depends on the country:
- Finland: 3–5 workdays
- Greece: 6–8 workdays
- Ireland: 3–5 workdays
- Italy: 2–4 workdays
- Portugal: 4–6 workdays
Express shipping is currently not possible.
