How to create a return
1. Register a return
Simply register your return through our returns portal.
2. Prepare your return
If possible, pack the items in their original box and remove any old shipping labels or barcodes from the package.
3. Use your shipping label or QR code
Once your return has been registered successfully, you will receive either:
- a shipping label to print, or
- a QR code for use at a DHL branch or Packstation.
No printout is required when using the QR code.
4. Send your package
Simply drop off your return at any DHL location.
5. Track your return
You can check the status of your return at any time through our returns portal.
6. Receive your refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
