You have the right to cancel the concluded contract, i.e. your order, within 14 days without stating a reason.
Please note that there is no legal right of cancellation with regard to the Mouth and Nose Mask (MNM) from MAC. If you are provided with a cancellation notification as part of the order process due to IT system technical processes, this applies only to statutory rights of withdrawal and does not grant a contractual right of withdrawal.
We please ask you to completely and carefully package the goods to be returned together with the accessories and any possible additional items and if possible to use the original packaging.
Please note that it is not possible to return or complain about trousers that you have purchased in the online shop in retail shops. Equally, it is not possible to return or complain about trousers purchased in retail shops via the online shop. If you wish to complain about MAC trousers that you have purchased in a retail shop, we please ask you to take them to the retailer together with your receipt.
In order to return goods purchased in the online shop, please only use the precise address stated on the return slip; goods returned to a different address cannot be accepted/processed/refunded. Therefore, we please ask you not to send any goods directly to MAC Mode.
If you want to exercise your right to cancel the order, MAC will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the cancellation. In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send a notification to MAC about your cancellation of the order before the expiry of the cancellation deadline. If payment has already been made, e.g. invoice, iDEAL, direct e-banking or credit card, the amount will be credited to you via the same payment method. In the case of payment by PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. Please be aware that processing can take up to 10 working days.
